VIC CASSELL
Myrtle Beach, N.C. - The two day Championship Tournament held by NCDGA at Indian Wells and Litchfield was much more a two man
tournament.
With Vic Cassell and Bob Dwier battling each
other, the rest of the field were struggling. There
was not much more Vic
Cassell had to do on Sunday when he made seven birdies with a low
net score of 71. Bob Dwier carded a 73, was right there with
him, with only three birdies that day.
Strange as it might be, Vic Cassel is from South Carolina and Bob Dwier is from Virginia.
Now what happened to the "North Carolina Boys"?
Now how about those smiling lads. They were of the many who played in the "Bear Classic" golf tournament this
past October. A round of congratulations is due. From left to right... Robert Schupp, Stephan Woodward, Dick McCoy and
Tommy Rea.
